Local and national memorials
Increasingly in the UK, public memorials are dedicated to victims of road crashes. These allow individuals and communities the chance for safe and peaceful reflection and are a public acknowledgement of the loss of lives.
They have been created by a variety of individuals, public bodies and organisations. They are dedicated to individuals and to road crash victims at national and regional levels.
We are aware of memorial gardens, a dedicated wood and regional memorial stones. If you know of any other public memorials to road crash victims please
let us know.
